I copied this from Hungry Girl. I calculated using lactose free milk and Eagle Mills supergrain flour as that is what I use. Obviously you can use whatever you have on hand.

I adapted from Cooking Light this recipe by adding whole wheat flour, less sugar, and unsweetened applesauce. Result is really moist, definitely sweet enough, and good calorie bang for buck.
