Taken from the 2010 Eat This Not That Book, in the back. The addition of Ricotta and Yogurt boost the Protein and the Whole Wheat Flour Boosts the Fiber in these Pancakes. I made them smaller, so I got 12 pancakes out of the recipe.
This is some of the best banana bread I've come across. It's very moist and tastes like bananas and chocolate. I've never baked it in a regular loaf pan, but I think it would make about 2 big loaves.

The ingredient list is for 1 serving but a tube of crescent rolls comes in 8 so multiple everything times 8 for a whole batch. Careful though you might end up eating the whole batch!
Found this recipe on BBC food made by Jill Dupliex, changed it a little by reducing fat intake but otherwise very easy and quick, Good for Attack Phase and also on Cruise Phase add chives//tomato and parsley.
This is a lower fat adaption of a blueberry pecan coffee cake I found on recipezaar.com. The orginal recipe served 9 and had 25.5 gm of fat per serving. If you make this one 9 serving it has 20.5 gm of fat per serving. You could also lower the fat by using a light margarine instead of butter but I was out of margarine sticks!!!!
A great treat for a weekend. These pancakes can be made ahead of time and frozen. Keep up to 2 months in the freezer.
Bake in a glass pie plate with non-stick spray. Season as needed.
