I got the original recipe from this site and made a couple of alternations. They are delicious! Caution - watch the carbs they add up quick if you are a cookie popper and can't stop with one.
You could also dehydrate 2 bananas, chopped into pieces, and do the same thing, but I like them fresh/frozen rather than dried better.

this is a relatively high protein blondie base..you can add butterscotch chips, walnuts, chocolate chips, its up to you..by the way..I added 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon caramel flavored sugar free syrup, 1.2 teaspoon baking power, 1/8 teaspoon baking soda, and a dash of salt..doesnt add many calories I dont think so i didnt put it up top
