slight re-working (Canadian measurements & lower fat options) of one of my favorite dessert recipes found on Spark I think the original was from "nanalinda5355'
I would make this with Splenda and Splenda brown sugar (or equivalent) but haven't been able to figure out the conversions yet . . .
I call this "Apple Fool" because I'm a fool for McIntosh apples, and because though this tastes like a sinful dessert, it's about as healthy as I know how to make it. It satisfies the need for "something sweet" without breaking the calorie/carbohydrate bank.

Delicious sweet treat, high in protein and easy to make. Can store in fridge for several days. Slowly reheat leftovers in microwave. I make seven at a time and then enjoy them over the next few days when I want something sweet and nutritious. Great bedtime snack!
