This cake is absolutely amazing! Both in its awesome flavor (you can use any flavor of Jell-O) and in its calorie count!
Because I'm on a low sodium diet, this recipe is great because it's not loaded with salt like most recipes are and I don't feel guilty eating it.
You can decrease the calories of a cake mix by skipping the oil and eggs and substitute a diet soda and one egg whilte. It doesn't taste like you skimped on anything. A very light and fluffy cake.
I love tiramisu but the calories are not worth it anymore. This dessert is so easy and low in fat. Now you have to practice your portion control!
