this recipe doens't use boxed lime jello like so many others so if you want to avoid aspartame and other chemicals in that stuff this works for ou.
Good to make a big batch on Sunday and reheat with added water (enough to bring the creamy texture back) for roughly 5 minutes on the stove for a quick healthy breakfast.
