This recipe came in a recipe book provided with the silicone popsicle molds I bought from Amazon. There was no UPC code with book, no ISBN number, no author or publisher information. I wanted to know nutrient info. My mold makes 10 popsicles about 3-4 oz (depends on how full you fill them). There was no author listed with the recipe booklet. Apparently the author had tried making this with the rice milk that is traditionally used in Horchata, but it made an icy texture. So the author decided to swap out the rice milk for coconut milk. I tried it with the coconut milk because I already had it and don't usually like rice milk. But I would think the rice milk would work as long as you realize it's going to be an icy texture and not a creamy texture, like this is. (I might even try doing it half and half the next time I make this.).
Delicious healthy pancake made with egg whites, oats, unsweetened applesauce and cinnamon. Topped with natural peanut butter and sugar-free syrup.
My sister's homemade cake receipe - very moist and yummie! Calories do not include frosting (I usually top mine with a dab of raspberry jam and enjoy with a glass of tea, instead!
This makes a decent size and very satisfying cookie. My kids love them and I'm sneaking 5 grams of fiber into them through an after dinner dessert! hahaha! Enjoy!
Healthy Ingredients and agave does not raise blood glucose levels like sugar. I bake this in 4 small loaf pans and cut each loaf into 6 pieces.
A little unusual in both ingredients and combination, but these mini-cupcakes are a sure winner at my mom's office! Created for a healthy baking/cooking seminar I am presenting on Feb 6. Prep time includes cooling time for cupcakes.
Similar in texture and taste to a Costco Double-Chocolate Chip muffin, but with a little less guilt factor going on! Makes a giant muffin, easily two servings (which the NI reflects).
I adapted this recipe from the Betty Crocker website. These are more tangy than sweet, but they will still brighten up any occasion they're part of!
Full credit and a shout out goes to Ricki of Diet, Dessert and Dogs for this awesome snacking cake! She writes about it here: (http://dietdessertndogs.wordpress.com/200

Baked in a square pan, it will keep, covered on the counter, for up to 4 days, longer if refrigerated. It makes 9 large pieces, and freezes well."
