This is a knock-off of a Biggest Loser recipe that we changed due to allergies and personal preference. The original uses ground beef, onions and grape juice instead of ground turkey, mushrooms and beef broth.

This is a regular in our house. Great leftover (if there is any).
This freezes well too just omit corn flake crumbs. Thaw overnight in the fridge. Then add the crumbs and bake.
This is mom's modified "spanish rice" dish. Mom's way of making of turning some ground beef into a dinner for SIX. But i use spicy italian sausage and added black beans.
Yummy fritters can easily be varied, i.e. different cheeses and veges as you like.
