Well, I didn't have most of the ingredients recommended for most meatloaf recipies (no dry mixes, no crackers, no ketchup, no barbeque sauce . . .) and so I called my friend Rose, who was my Latin professor back in the day. She helped me figure out what to use. Shannon, another friend, advised on cooking time, length, and form.
So, if you too are short of recommended ingredients, this may provide a nice alternative!
