This is a calcium rich, creamy, delicious smoothie. It tastes like a milkshake, minus the fattening icecream! Fills you up and keeps you full, great for a post-workout or pre-workout snack.
Mix 1 tbsp with a large glass of soda water, mineral water or regular water for a refreshing, low-cal sweet drink. In general dilute between 1:5 and 1:8 according to taste.
Use lime juice instead of lemon for a great variation, or use the water from steeping 1 L mint leaves (loosely packed) for at least 30 minutes in 2 cups of boiled water, instead of the juice.
