This is a great recipe that 's versitile for any berry/juice combo. I used the suggested pancake syrup, but am going to try the better substitution, honey. Also, easy to add flax/oats to for a higher fiber choice. I have a lot of trouble getting fruits into my diet, and I don't like bananas, so this is an awesome, fun alternative!

I make this when I don't feel like cooking and need something that's filling and a pick me up. I always use FRS Healthy Energy- I found it through Hungry Girl and I fell in love. You could just omit it though, and it would omit 20 cals.
Great summertime drink. Definitely a diet buster, but we all deserve a treat every now and then!
Same recipe as my other Strawberry Koolaid, but with 3 quarts of water instead of 2.
Add sugar, splenda, koolaid and 3 quarts of water.
Mix well. Makes 12 - 8 oz servings
