½ teaspoon Garlic granules
16 ounce thawed (frozen) Broccoli spears, thoroughly drained of liquid
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (provolone is delicious as well)
1 Eggs white
1 cup Sesame Rice Crackers ground fine
¼ cup Grated Cheese
¼ teaspoon Garlic granules
¼ teaspoon Onion granules
¼ teaspoon Salt
Optional crushed Red Pepper
Olive Oil (enough to coat bottom of fry pan by 1/8 – ¼ inch)

This is a great recipe because my husband LOVES pork. We often buy the country style ribs when they go on AWESOME sales. However, I am tired of having bbq ribs. I thought this sounded awesome. It's a great way to get him eating healthier and still enjoying his pork at the same time. He also loves German food (especially things with sauerkraut)!!
