This cheesy - low carb and gluten free is pretty tasty and the almond flour gives a nutty taste that I really like. These biscuits will make your family asking for more. I know mine was! 😍... There is a nuttiness to it that I really enjoy. The Lenin zest is optional but I like the lemony taste it Ives to the buiscuits.
No Guilt / Delicious Peanut Butter Oatmeal Squares
Ground turkey and veggie stuffed peppers, seasoned to taste (chili-lime, Mexican, adobo) Delicious when Topped with shredded sharp cheddar (or sprinkle in peppers before stuffing) and/or with sour cream. For a fuller meal, serve with rice. Leftovers are good in flour tortillas.

Rice or prep cauliflower head in food processor until fine crumbles, add finely chopped onion, minced chives, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried hot cereal packets, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray. Spread Cauliflower mixture over entire cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. Take out and sprinkle parmesan cheese over top and bake another 10 mins. Let cool, cut into 4" squares. Enjoy!
