This recipe is taken partly from box of baking mix. I can't have salt so I substituted vinegar ,and I can't have refined sugar so I substituted honey.
use a few pounds of meat and a jar or two of spaghetti sauce and the mix all of the cheeses and sour cream together. Make sure to leave a little cheese out to cover the top of the lasagna
AIP safe meatloaf recipe for those who never liked a "ketchupy" meatloaf to begin with. :) Husband approves! There is definitely room to bump up the spices. You'll see in the TIPS that I didn't have marjoram on hand which I desperately wanted to add to this recipe. Next time for sure. Also Black Pepper if you have safely reintroduced. Enjoy!
