Nutritional soft and tasty, good for breakfast and snack time
I made this dish based off of tasting traditional Indian cuisne and this might not be an authentic recipe, but it is mine and easy.
This yummy stir fry has tons of vitamins and minerals & is only 293 calories per serving. Even my fussy 5 year old loves it!
Whenever we eat chicken for dinner, I boil the leftover bones & make kind of a vegetable soup which has only a little chicken in it. It makes a great lunch, pretty healthy I think....

Simple delicious burger: vegan, gluten-free, casein-free, low-fat.
I make 12 burgers in a batch, and warm up two burgers each day in toaster oven. Then crumble the burgers into my salad. Yum!
tamarind water can be used in place or 1 tbsp of lime juice and equal amount of dark brown sugar in place or molasses.

These cookies are a super-fast, relatively low-cal treat to curb chocolate cravings. Regular cocoa may be used, but the cookies will not be so densely chocolate. Be careful not to overbake.
