Bread sauce goes very well with chicken and turkey. This is a modification of our recipe for bread sauce using white wheat bread.
Family favourite revamped to be gluten free. I made this using rice flour.

Meatloaf is a family favourite around our house, so I made a few changes to add some hidden vegetables and make it gluten-free for me.
Preheat oven at 400. Place egg whites in a bowl. Place the Panko bread crumbs in another bowl. Make sure chicken is patted dry, dip in whites, then in bread crumbs. Put on cookie tray, sprayed with Pam, or something light. The recipe calls for 12 tenderlions, but its very six servings (@ 2 each).
