Gumbo is a traditional Cajun/Louisiana meal and is usually made in LARGE batches. At our house, my hubby makes a gigantic pot that sits slow simmering on the stove all weekend and our friends and family help themselves whenever they get hungry. Great food solution for our teenage son and his friends who seem to always be at our house and are ALWAYS hungry. LOL. Enjoy :)
