cook pasta to desired texture.
grilled or sautee chicken breasts with olive oil spray or one to two tbsps of extra virgin lite olive oil or canola oil to grease grill or pan. use salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder to taste.
Heat sauce. slice chicken into strips, place back into pan. Add pasta and sauce and mix. Pour onto plate and garnish with cheese!
I wanted to take my chocolate cake and make it a "yellow cake" well this is as close as I have gotten so far.
*if you are looking for a "yellow cake" I think you could replace the banana with pumpkin, squash or The Sneaky Chef's orange puree. I will probably try this next time.

SUPER simple and tasty recipe that tastes delicious and is ready in under 15 minutes. Dump ingredients together, mix, form soft patties, and cook in very lightly oiled skillet. Non-stick skillets require no olive oil, but hey--it's good for ya! I like using lemon-pepper rather than plain black pepper. Sometimes I add a bit of ground tortilla chips in place of crackers, as some use due to being allergic to wheat, not just gluten. 1-2 chips ground up is enough, and none is how we eat it.
