This is a basic lentil curry that can be adapted to suit any tastes. Serve it as a side dish, or make it more filling by adding vegetables to the mixture. On its own, it's a very low-cal, high fibre dish that can be knocked up with very little effort in next-to-no-time.

A tasty, quick meal guaranteed to please those who love indian food. Full of spices and a sweet, tangy sauce (any mild, sweet curry sauce will work!), it's great over rice and with a side of naan or pita bread!
Indian dessert dish made with rice. I usually sweeten it with honey and have it for breakfast. I also prefer to use cardamom pods instead of ground cardamom, but either will work.
