Very good! We didn't miss the turkey sausage at all- the beans were an excellent substitute, and fit well in the minestrone soup.

This tastes amazing! They don't seem to have a pasta catagory so i put it under sides. if you want it as a full meal just double it up. It has carbs, veggies and i think protien too (chick peas). Served with a small salad you can have a whole, filling meal for about 400 cals.
