This is based on the recipe on back of pkg Bob's Red Mill Organic Gluten Free Quick Rolled Oats.
I was trying to make something quick, fun, and sweet for my girls on a Saturday morning breakfast. I served it with just scrambled eggs and everyone was full even though the smoothie amount looks small. The brown sugar Splenda gives it a darker color, but I do not like the after taste of regular Splenda. I might try it was Stevia next time.
