Kids Recipes (Most Popular)
This recipe is from an article on Sparkpeople.com, so I was surprised not to find it in the recipe database. I added the dash of salt and pepper to taste. I also recommend cutting the chicken into really small chunks-- it worked better for us!
A tasty recipe for those days when the temptation is strong!

Vegan kind of mac n ‘cheez’ Simple, kid friendly and plentiful.
So easy and a great replacement for candy. You can use any dried fruit and nuts, just twice as much fruit as nuts I think. I started added dry oatmeal to add body with lower calories and to soak up some of the stickiness. I really like this 3c fruit 1 c nuts 1 c oatmeal ratio. I will do two cups for the cherries next time, that flavor got lost with the dates.

Throw together tuna and noodles. Quick and easy! The beauty of this recipe is you can add whatever you like or have on hand!
Soooo yummy and tropical tasting!! And even though there's a full cup of spinach in it you can't taste it at all.
Not all that healthy BUT healthier than your conventional usual mac n' cheese. Enjoy without feeling guilty.
This is hands down the tastiest smoothie I've ever had. Healthy but still tastes like a dessert!
