Use this smoothie in place of breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you use it for meal replacement have a hardboiled egg or salad with it. I use it for afternoon snack as I eat my lunch at 11:00 and then do not eat dinner until 6:00pm. I promise you can't taste the spinach!
