I found that I really love spaghetti squash. It's so easy to make and I don't feel heavy after eating it which often happened when I ate pasta. It's also so versatile. I've made it with the ground beef and with ground turkey (which is really really good) and I've made it with just some garlic and olive oil. I don't think that it's possible to ruin it.
