This is my first recipe and all the ingredients added are for one serving even though I make one pack of chicken at a time which would be 4 servings. I just added the ingredients for one serving. It's seriously our favorite recipe at home and I have to make it once a week atleast. I hope you enjoy!!!
I came up with this soup, so I would have a filling low cal snack if I became too hungry. I was souper surprised it had so many essential vitamins in it. A win win if you ask me. Enjoy!

This is my recipe for green curry. You can have it over rice or rice noodles, however, this was made with a ketogenic diet in mind and is therefore not included. This curry is stocked full of veggies and meat; very hearty. This is also a gluten-free recipe.

These cookies contain only whole grains and; because apple butter, honey, and Splenda replace most of the table sugar; are very low in refined carbohydrates (less than 5 grams processed sugars per cookie, which is about one teaspoon of sugar). Most importantly, however, is that they are a delicious, sensible treat (about 150 calories per each large cookie)!
