Turkish Chicken Shish Kebab
Cut chicken into 15 strips, or use chicken tenders.
cut onion in to large chunks, pepper in to quarters ( use 2 green peppers) 1 cup mushrooms = approx 14 small whole. Mix marinade ingredients all together, add chicken, marinade 12-24 hrs. Using wooden skewers, add vegetables on the order you like, using 3 pieces chicken, beginning and ending with a mushroom. When completed. grill over medium heat until chicken no longer pink. Makes 5 skewers, 3 pieces chicken per svg.
