Quiche (crustless high protein)
A delicious quiche to freeze and eat daily for breakfast with vegetable soup. You can add 1-2 cups additional vegetables. We don't add herbs or seasoning in the quiche. We top a square with salsa, or cheese, or marinara or pesto. Save yourself some time and double the recipe. :)
