awesome coconut asparagus chicken
Cut the chicken and start searing in a Sautee pan with some grape seed oil. Season with paprika, cummin, Chile powder, garlic powder to taste (go with your instincts)
While chicken in searing start sautéing the veggies in grape seed oil.
Once they soften add stick of butter and coconut milk.
Chicken should be done by now, throw it in the pan with the creamy veggie soupish mix and let cook for about 5-10 minutes. All the cooking juices from the chicken will add tons of flavor. Serve over cooked white rice. Delish.
