I'm saving this to my favorites. Swiss cheese is one someone like me who has to watch their sodium can eat. Plus I love asparagus. I'll use a different brand of Swiss cheese. Submitted by:

I use Trader Joe's fat free feta instead of the Kraft Swiss product. I poach it in fat-free, low-sodium organic chicken broth, as well. Good stuff, especially over cauliflower rice. Submitted by:
