A quick easy lunch to make on Sunday evening for the week. I keep many version of Aldi's Simply Nature Organic Dressing and I have used Poppyseed, Red Pepper and Sundried Tomato on this recipe as well.
I got the basic recipe from the back of a wheat berry package, but it didn't have enough vegetables in it, so I changed it!
BOILED PLANTAIN & MASHED with butter, IN A BAKING PAN GREASE WITH A tbsp of butter, ad a layer of it , ad the cooked shrimp, cabbage, corn( drain) and peas (cooked ingredient together season with salt and garlic before ad it to plantain) top with another layer of plantain and ad the cheese to top bake to 350 degree until cheese is melt and light brown color set at side to cool down serve with steam veggie.
* *White Rice, medium grain, 2 cup (remove)
* Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
* *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)
* Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
* Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
* *Great Value Broccoli Stir-Fry Vegetables, 1.75 cup (remove)
* *Mushroon Pieces & Stems, Happy Harvest - 1/2 Cup, 1 serving (remove)
* Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
* *White Rice, medium grain, 2 cup (remove)
* Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup (remove)
* Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
* Green Olives, 0.50 grams (remove)
* *Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1 cup (remove)
boile water, add pasta when water is really hot, let it cook until you pick one with two finger and easily cut in half, drain the water set aside, salte the tomato paste with the oil, bouillon, and garlic, after 1 min add pasta and stir until mix together let cook for 1 min and serve
Easy to make, stores well, quick lunch or dinner for the working masses.

This is a very simple recipe. It has a great texture and crunch. Herbs, parsley, red pepper flakes and cooked chicken could all be added.
This is an offshoot of traditional pea salad, but it's a few days before payday and I want pea salad, so I made do with what's in the house.
