In my constant effort to recreate dishes that are good for me but satisfy my naughty cravings, I have recreated the Chicago Hot Dog into a breadless version. Bread always ups calorie content and I'm sensitive to unrefined carbs, so I choose to go breadless whenever possible. The original recipe calls for a more fattening hot dog and cream cheese until a chef chooses lighter options. Here's my lighter options.
preheat oven to 400 degrees
mix sprouts with ingredients. put in sheet pan roast for 35 - 40 minutes.
My 11 yr-old daughter repeatedly asks for this recipe. It is very quick and cheap to make, and pairs well with brown rice. I usually double this recipe (I don't double the onion).
This recipe makes about two dozen turkey muffins. They're great to take to work for lunch and can be combined with salad, quinoa, brown rice, or veggies for an easy and healthy dinner.

This is yummy chili and very forgiving too. You can add any vegetable or beans you like. Add little brown sugar instead of ketchup. If you are a cheese lover add a handful of cheese on top of hot chili and enjoy
