Chocolate Microwave Recipes

A yummy chocolate fix without making a whole tempting pan.

Makes 2 servings.

Not really low in fat, but when a recipe call for chocolate cake done in the Microwave (like when your oven breaks down like mine and you really want a good microwave chocolate cake recipe because your family are screaming for something sweet and about to tear down the walls) this is one of the best. I have also included instructions for using packet cake mixes at the end of the recipe so if you find a low fat / low sugar cake mix and want to know how to convert it to microwave cooking then copy this recipe to your cookbook as a reference.

This is a really easy pudding recipe and it fulfills my chocolate cravings!

Nips chocolate cake cravings in the bud in 2.5 minutes

This can serve 2 [or 4 if you're being really good], but it is awesome and fairly low carb considering it really is cake. I was going to add a photo, but it got eaten too quick!

An almost guilt free indulgence! Similar to my other chocolate cake recipe, only using sour cream which gives the cake a moist and chewy texture. This cake is good enough you don't even need the chocolate chips in it!

I liked the idea of the protein muffins. And the microwave muffins, but I wasn't finding any that were also high in fiber, too.

Uses Almond Meal Flour and no sugar.

A basic chocolate mug cake

cooks in 2-3 mins depending on whether you want a gooey centre. Chocolate chips can be left out but they make it that much better.

A good result. Experimenting with whey protein in low carb mug cakes.

I use Quaker Quick 3-minute Steel Cut Oats.

I Love in-a-mug recipes. This is not quite a cookie, though quite tasty.
