This is a staple salad for me that keeps in the fridge for 3 or 4 days. Keep changing it up by the type of vegetables you have. It is a good salad for gut health.
This is a great salad for lunch and can be a mix of almost any dressing. I use Kraft Raspberry vinaigrette dressing with only 30 cal and mix grapes in sometimes. I got tired of entering everything in my tracker seperately.
I call it "free spirit" because the ingredient amounts are more of a guide--adjust as needed to get the consistency you want! :-)
