This was a healthy and filling lunch! We served these with a bowl of fresh cherries for a side...yummy!
This salad was originally a dip for tortilla chips that was given to me by a friend, but it used the whole bottle of dressing and whole package of cheese. I changed that recipe and eat it with a fork as a salad instead.
Tuna salad the way I make it. It's spicy, light, and you can embellish it with any diced vegetables, like onions, celery, or carrots. The chopped peppers are near the pickles, sold as a sandwich topper. My favorite way to eat this is stuffed into big bell pepper slices.
