I made this as a quick easy meal... it's nothing to write home about; I'm just entering it here to get the nutritional values
Living alone, I tend to make up different things just to be able to have some variety in my diet, but yet still be able to not have large portions of food cooked that end up spoiling. I tried this on a whim one night and it was delicious.
I threw things together one night for dinner, and it was okay, but I didn't want to heat anything the next day, the weather was so hot--so I ate it served straight from the fridge to my bowl--and I loved it! So much so, that I decided to figure out what I'd put in it and add it to my collection--and this is it! The recipe is very low fat...
