A restaurant inspired healthy adaptation! Creamy mussels with bacon and greens. Works great with pasta, though I love it on it's own.
Replace chinese leaf with savoy cabbage for a crispier texture.

Frittatas are like omelettes, but with no flour ad with all the ingredients mixed together with the egg and not added as filling. The name comes from the fact it's normally fried in a pan, but in this lighter version, I'm baking it in the oven!
I sort of cheated, used more olive oil than called because of amount of chard mix. I also used beef broth because of not realizing I didnt have veggie/chicken broth.
Bacon, cheese, and pizza dough.
Roll out pizza dough. Chopp up bacon and shred cheese. Spread bacon and cheese over dough and roll up. with water pinch together seam. Slice into 12 equal slices and place on cooking pan. Cook for 20+ minutes or until tops are browned. Enjoy!
