A delicious waffle made with a grain called spelt. Spelt is available at health food stores and major grocery chains in the health sections. Some people who are sensitive to wheat (like me) can have spelt, but if you are gluten intolerant you will not be able to have spelt as it does have gluten.

The lady said if you are using this in a casserole you can skip cooking it and just mix it into your recipe. This is a low sodium recipe which contains 111.0mg of sodium compared to 2110.6mg in a can of cream of mushroom soup.
