we went to silver dollar city and found the most amazing bbq sauce and it goes great on hamburgers.
Juicy pork tenderloin with lots of gravy. Calories are calculated to include full amount of gravy, but you not use all of it. Also, you can easily stretch the servings from 8 to 10 with the right side dishes.
I had all these ingredients laying around... so I tossed them all together and came up with this nice, spicy stew (of sorts).
Seasoned ground beef & vegetables are spooned over instant , homemade polenta. Top with cheese (optional) , salsa, & cilantro.
Yummy cheesy chops with sliced potatoes. This is a great dish because it is all in one pot and very little to do but leave it to cook.

Using ground pork makes these peppers slightly more lean than their traditional ground beef counterparts. Long grain brown rice gives these peppers a nutty flavor. 1 serving = 1 stuffed pepper.
I absolutely love these ribs. So rich in flavor and an economical cut of beef. This is a 5 star recipe if you have the time to let it cook slowly. Tip. Prepare in crock pot the night before and put to cook in the morning. Then you will come home to a delectable meal! Great with Mash Potatoes and Asparagus. Yummmy!
We try to avoid pasta-based meals when possible, so I usually substitute either peppers and onions or zucchini and broccoli. This is a no-frills, not at all fancy, simple meal of center cut pork chops, peppers and onions, with a cream of mushroom and chicken broth sauce.
