Juicy pork tenderloin with lots of gravy. Calories are calculated to include full amount of gravy, but you not use all of it. Also, you can easily stretch the servings from 8 to 10 with the right side dishes.

Crock Pot Red Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs

I absolutely love these ribs. So rich in flavor and an economical cut of beef. This is a 5 star recipe if you have the time to let it cook slowly. Tip. Prepare in crock pot the night before and put to cook in the morning. Then you will come home to a delectable meal! Great with Mash Potatoes and Asparagus. Yummmy!

Pork Chops and veggies in crock pot (very simple and fast)

We try to avoid pasta-based meals when possible, so I usually substitute either peppers and onions or zucchini and broccoli. This is a no-frills, not at all fancy, simple meal of center cut pork chops, peppers and onions, with a cream of mushroom and chicken broth sauce.
