I have a large family, and everyone loves a sloppy joe! I make a large batch, and then either freeze or have left overs.
I hate meatloaf. Until I concocted THIS recipe! Now I put it in salad (crumbled), make lettuce wraps with it, or make sandwiches. It's sooo good!

using the shirataki noodles gives you the satisfaction of pasta without the carbs, and rounds out the dish nicely.
thin slice the cabbage (bok choi, napa, or regular, wotever you prefer) and throw it in the last couple of minutes to keep it crispy.
This tastes so good. It is moist and flavorful. These don't hold together very well, but the taste is so great, that to my family, it is so worth it.
