I modified this from another recipe for a tangier version of sloppy joes. I serve this on rolls and sometimes with coleslaw on the top.

Fast and easy. The ingredients list is not gluten free, however, I used all gluten free ingredients. It's not easy to find things listed in the drop down menu that say they are gluten free.

This makes 20 large meatballs, perfect to serve with spaghetti and sauce or for sub sandwiches. Serving = 2 meatballs.
I wanted a savory, low-fat, good tasting chili to throw into the crockpot on a cool rainy day. I looked through my cupboards and this is it! It's fast and easy not because of the cooking time but because its fast to put together in the crockpot.
