Perfectly seasoned and roasted shrimp and veggies are a great meal for any family!
Greek yogurt makes this tuna salad just as creamy as the classic mayo would, but without all the extra fat and cholesterol!

Found this recipe online, cut it in half to try it. Took out a few things because I didn't have them.
An easy dish to make and very filling - serve with Spinach - serves two. I use individual dishes rather than a large dish to ensure portion control. You can omit the cheese and use a 1fluid oz of white wine if preferred for less calories.(20 calories)
Uses Cream of Celery soup and half and half, and substitutes frozen peas and carrots for peas. Extra tuna and protein added to original recipe.
A light but slightly sweet tuna salad. This is great with crackers or served on a hoagie roll with a bit of fresh spinich and sliced tomato.
This is a wonderful recipe for tuna salad using fresh grilled tuna steak. It is simply delightful and has no fishy taste as does canned tuna.
I do not add any salt because I am trying to lower my salt intake.
I like to eat this on shredded lettuce.
