My reduced calorie version. I love it open face on lightly toasted bread with a slice of tomato. Top with a slice of your favorite cheese and broil until the cheese melts. Also good on top of a tossed salad.

Her original recipe calls for 14 oz of cooked salmon; this adjusted recipe only used 12 (that's all I had!).
2 cans tuna, 1 can cream mushroom soup, Italian Breadcrumbs, fat free cream cheese, no yolks egg noodles
Simple but good. Cut down on the olive oil for fewer calories. 4 servings.
