I used to absolutely love Hidden Valley on my salad.But I always had to use too much, which meant WAY too many calories! I saw somewhere that you could use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, so I jumped on this idea and made Ranch! You could use 2% greek yogurt or even Fat Free. The recipe has been figured for full fat but was also figured for 1/4 of a cup of dressing (I said I loved alot!), so 1 Tbl spoon would be insanely low in calories!!!
This recipe makes one serving of Atkins MIM Flaxseed Bread. Great for sandwiches or hamburger buns.
A quick grab protein and veggie delight that can be frozen or refrigerated. Heat in microwave no longer than 30 seconds. Lasts 3 to 4 days in fridge . Thaw before putting in microwave.
