il.asp?recipe=95109. I added dried apricots, subbed brown sugar for regular sugar and left out the cinnamon. I wanted a larger batch to serve all week long. This makes 16 servings.
This is old oat bran muffins with some changes, ie, applesauce instead of oil, Splenda in place of sugar, and brown blend splenda for the brown sugar and non fat milk.
I recently discovered that the "skinny" caramel macchiato isn't actually sugar free because of the caramel drizzle (which is what makes it a *caramel* macchiato, right! GRRR!)....so i found something that is close enough and made myself this sweet protein shake.
