I'm going to try this recipe this weekend and wanted to know the nutrition values first. This is based on a recipe that I used to make with whole wheat flour, and I've modified it to be a gluten free bread. Wish me luck! I'll let you know how it turned out, and I'll add a photo later.

This is the basic recipe. I often replace 1/2 cup of flour with a combination of natural bran, wheat germ, and flax meal. Delicious with marmalade. I also use these to make individual strawberry shortcakes. I also sometimes reduce the milk to make a stiffer dough, roll it out and make cinnamon rolls. You can do almost anything with this recipe.
