This is a lo-cal, lo everything, nutritious version of one of my favorite dressings. It's great as a dip or spread. Shh! the secret to the nutrition and lo-cal is the tofu, don't tell anyone. This was my first try with tofu and I'm delighted. I hope you enjoy it as much.
