Fresh, healthy salad
High in Vitamin A, C, Manganese and good source of folate.
This is the low calorie version of the original (family) recipe. I used Non-Fat Miracle Whip which I find rather sweet for my taste. Low Fat Mayonnaise could be substituted for the Miracle Whip, but add 17 calories, 4 grams of fat and subtract 2.5 grams of carbs per tablespoon. The dip part of this recipe (not listed) adds dill weed.
Note: pickle juice doesn't exactly show up on the nutrition values :) so I added vinegar to the calculations, but the sodium will show short.
This is such a wonderful garlicky dip or dressing to add flavor to veggies or a salad.
Depending on the amount of dressing you need, you can increase the amount of honey, oil, and vinegar. It's super easy because they are all in equal proportions.
Perfect appetizer, serve with homebaked tortilla chips cut into triangles
