High in calories but very good and is a good way to get the nutrition from raw Broccoli & Cauliflower. Especially for people like me who prefer to eat it cooked.
Great Fiber with dried blueberries and cranberries.
Wonderfully crunchy with radishes, celery, onion and sweet red peppers.
To cook wheat berries...add 1 cup of wheat berries to a microwavable bowl and 2 cups water. Micro 15 mins then stir. Micro 15 more minutes then stir. Taste to see if they are done the way you like. If not, check water (add some if needed) and micro in 5 min intervals till you reach your desired doneness.
I do 40 mins total. Then it's al dente !
As for the ingredients, you can add what you like. These are the ones I like.
