I'm a college student who needs quick and easy recipes. This is just something I threw together with what I had when I was craving sloppy joes and didn't have the ingredients for a recipe I had looked up. It's unconventional, doesn't have that meaty texture and may not be your thing BUT it filled me up and satisfied my craving.
Fill a whole grain tortilla with a mouthwatering mixture of diced chicken, avocado and your favorite flavor of Garden Fresh Salsa. Add Fat Free sour cream and Cheddar to your wrap BUT becareful of added calories....
This is a healthy chicken salad recipe that uses Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. Put it in a whole-wheat pita or on a sandwich for a healthy, low-fat, high protein meal.

I modified this recipe from "Clean Living" magazine. I replaced Focaccia bread with Ezekial bread to make it a little easier on my gluten sensitivity. I also doubled it so I could make leftovers all week! Delish!
