I did not have a recipe for this so I decided throw this together and it is yummy.

I kept forgetting to buy cornmeal to make cornbread so I searched the Internet for recipes. I could not find any to suit me so I compiled this version. Then I looked at my Bob’s Red Mill Masa Harina and saw that it is “golden corn flour”.
Wonderful recipe found in Cooking Light Magazine. The recipe in the magazine uses low-fat plain yogurt instead of the sour cream but we didn't have any. It also uses 1/2 c. chopped walnuts which I didn't put in.
These are the best deviled eggs I have ever had and I think my husband would eat a whole tray of them if I let him. The left over egg mixture is good as egg salad on bread or rolled up in a tortilla. Sometimes I add finely chopped jalapeno pepper to the recipe.
Super easy and filling. Feta cheese and dill weed provide a tang that compliments the spicy garlic and white pepper
I make this to throw in lunches and as a side for dinners throughout the week. I mix up and than pop in the freezer in one cup containers to grab and go.
